When Life gives you Lemons…

When life gives me a horrible time and someone tells me that horrid, boring, drawn out, over used phrase “When life gives you lemons, go make lemonade” I want to stab them. Repeatedly.

However, since that is a criminal offense, I just ask them if they’ve ever heard of self pity, crying, and the mother FUCKING GRIEVING PROCESS! I then take advantage of their stunned silence to crank up my headphones and make RAINBOWS AND SPARKLES AND OTHER SUCH MAGIC! although in this case. I MADE BATMAN ADORABLE!

Art is my catharsis. Making something out of thin air. Not many people know just how great it feels, taking shapes and making THINGS! It is the greatest thing ever. now seeing as my most obnoxiously happy art comes from when I’m down, and the saddest work hits when I’m happy, does that make me a liar?

Is there a point where, once crossed, I can’t go back to? probably, I spend so much time just trying to find something, why can’t I find something?
